Axioms were one of the ways used by wise men to explain difficult things in an easy to understand way.

बुद्धिः ज्ञानेन शुद्धति।

Transliteration – Buddhiḥ jñānena śuddhati।

The above given axiom’s translation in English is “Knowledge purifies the Intellect” and in Hindi is “बुद्धि ज्ञान से शुद्ध होती है।”.

ज्ञानस्यान्तो न विद्यते।

Transliteration – jñānasyānto na vidyate।

विद्या परमं बलम्।

Transliteration – vidyā paramaṃ balam।

The above given axiom’s translation in English is “Knowledge is powerful” and in Hindi is “विद्या सबसे महत्त्वपूर्ण ताकत है।”.

विद्यारत्नं महाधनम्।

Transliteration – vidyāratnam mahādhanam ।

The above given axiom’s translation in English is “Knowledge is the greatest wealth” and in Hindi is “विद्यारुपी धन सबसे बड़ा धन है।”.

न हि ज्ञानेन सदृशं पवित्रमिह विद्यते।

Transliteration – na hi jñānena sadṛśaṃ pavitramiha vidyate।

The above given axiom’s translation in English is “There is nothing pure than knowledge” and in Hindi is “ज्ञान से अधिक पवित्र कोई चीज नहीं है।”.

विश्व-विज्ञान-ज्ञानस्य सङ्गणकोऽस्ति सङ्ग्रहः।

Transliteration – viśva-vijñāna-jñānasya saṅgaṇako’sti saṃgrahaḥ।

कर्मणा बध्यते जीवः विद्यया विमुच्यते।

Transliteration – karmaṇā badhyate jīvaḥ vidyayā vimucyate।

The above given axiom’s translation in English is “Life is bound by one’s Karma and released by knowledge” and in Hindi is “जीव कर्म से बंधता है और विद्या से मुक्त होता है।”.

धिक् जन्म ज्ञानवर्जितम्।

Transliteration – dhik janma jñānavarjitam।

बुद्धिर्यस्य बलं तस्य।

Transliteration – buddhiryasya balaṃ tasya।
