दुर्बलस्य बलम् राजा बालानां रोदनं बलम्।

Sanskrit Proverb on Foolishness
Sanskrit

दुर्बलस्य बलम् राजा बालानां रोदनं बलम्।
बलम् मूर्खस्य मौनित्वं चौराणामनृतं बलम्॥

durbalasya balam rājā bālānāṃ rodanaṃ balam।
balam mūrkhasya maunitvaṃ caurāṇāmanṛtaṃ balam॥

Meaning in English

The king is the strength of a weak person. Crying is the strength of a child. Keeping mum is the strength of a foolish person. Lying is the strength of a thief.

भावार्थ

दुर्बलों का बल राजा है। बच्चों का बल रोदन (रोना) है। मूर्खों का बल मौन रखना है। चोरों का बल असत्य है।
