सद्भिरेव सहासीत सद्भिः कुर्वीत सङ्गतिम्।
सद्भिर्विवादं मैत्रीं च नासद्भिः किञ्चिदाचरेत्॥
sadbhireva sahāsīta sadbhiḥ kurvīta saṅgatim।
sadbhirvivādaṃ maitrīṃ ca nāsadbhiḥ kiñcidācaret॥
Always be with pious people. Be associated with pious people. Have an argument (debate) or friendship with pious people. Do not interact with evil people.
सज्जन लोगों के साथ रहना चाहिए। सज्जन व्यक्तियों की संगति रखनी चाहिए (व्यवहार करना चाहिए)। सज्जन लोगों के साथ विवाद (चर्चा) और मित्रता करनी चाहिए। दुर्जनों के साथ कुछ भी आचरण नहीं करना चाहिए।
