दुर्जनः प्रकृतिं याति सेव्यमानोऽपि यत्नतः।
स्वदेन-अभ्यञ्जनोपायैः श्वपुच्छम् इव नामितम्॥
durjanaḥ prakṛtiṃ yāti sevyamāno’pi yatnataḥ।
svadena-abhyañjanopāyaiḥ śvapuccham iva nāmitam॥
