गणेशचतुर्थी भाद्रपदमासस्य शुक्लपक्षस्य चतुर्थतिथौ भवति।
गणेशचतुर्थी गणेशोत्सवस्य प्रथमं दिनम् अस्ति।
भारतीयसंस्कृत्यां गणेशचतुर्थ्याः महत्त्वपूर्णं स्थानम् अस्ति।
जनाः उत्साहेन स्वगृहे श्रीगणेशस्य मूर्तीः आनयन्ति।
अस्मिन् दिने श्रीगणेशदेवस्य मूर्तेः प्राणप्रतिष्ठा क्रियते।
जनाः श्रीगणेशस्य पूजाम् आरतिं च कुर्वन्ति।
श्रीगणेशाय मोदकनैवेद्यं पच्यते।
अस्मिन् दिने गृहे शुभवातावरणं भवति।
अस्मिन् दिने सर्वे जनाः आनन्दिताः भवन्ति।
सम्पूर्णभारतदेशे गणेशचतुर्थी उल्लासेन आचर्यते।
