पौष्टिकाहारस्य महत्त्वम्।
आहारस्य शरीरे महान् प्रभावः अस्ति। यथा वयं खादामः, तथैव अस्माकं स्वास्थ्यम्।
अपौष्टिकम् आहारं कृत्वा शरीरस्य हानिः भवति। योग्यतया वृद्धिः न भवति। योग्या ऊर्जा न प्राप्यते। रोगाः उद्भवन्ति।
अतः उचितः आहारः करणीयः। शाकानि, फलानि खादनीयानि। एतेन रोगप्रतिकारशक्तिः वर्धते। पौष्टिक-आहारेण उचितं भरणं भवति। तर्हि शरीरं सन्तुलितं भवति।
कदाचित् वयम् इष्टं व्यञ्जनं खादितुं शक्नुमः। यदि सर्वेषां प्रकाराणाम् आहारः कृतः, योग्यासु मात्रासु, तर्हि स्वास्थ्यं सम्यक् भवति। सदैव तुलित-आहारः एव भवेत्। एतस्य नैकाः लाभाः सन्ति।
आहारस्य विषये अयम् एकः श्लोकः –
पूजितं ह्यशनं नित्यं बलमूर्जं च यच्छति।
अपूजितं तु तद्भुक्तमुभयं नाश्येदिदम्॥
pauṣṭikāhārasya mahattvam।
āhārasya śarīre mahān prabhāvaḥ asti। yathā vayaṃ khādāmaḥ, tathaiva asmākaṃ svāsthyam।
apauṣṭikam āhāraṃ kṛtvā śarīrasya hāniḥ bhavati। yogyatayā vṛddhiḥ na bhavati। yogyā ūrjā na prāpyate। rogāḥ udbhavanti।
ataḥ ucitaḥ āhāraḥ karaṇīyaḥ। śākāni, phalāni khādanīyāni। etena rogapratikāraśaktiḥ vardhate। pauṣṭika-āhāreṇa ucitaṃ bharaṇaṃ bhavati। tarhi śarīraṃ santulitaṃ bhavati।
kadācit vayam iṣṭaṃ vyañjanaṃ khādituṃ śaknumaḥ। yadi sarveṣāṃ prakārāṇām āhāraḥ kṛtaḥ, yogyāsu mātrāsu, tarhi svāsthyaṃ samyak bhavati। sadaiva tulita-āhāraḥ eva bhavet। etasya naikāḥ lābhāḥ santi।
āhārasya viṣaye ayam ekaḥ ślokaḥ –
pūjitaṃ hyaśanaṃ nityaṃ balamūrjaṃ ca yacchati।
apūjitaṃ tu tadbhuktamubhayaṃ nāśyedidam॥
Essay on Importance of a Nutritious Diet
The food we eat has a huge impact on our bodies. Our health is dependent on the food we eat.
By eating unhealthy food, our health can be harmed. Growth does not occur properly. One does not get proper energy. Many diseases may also occur.
Therefore, the proper diet must be followed. Fruits and vegetables should be eaten. This helps increase immunity. By having a proper diet, the body also gets proper nutrition. This helps to keep the body’s health balanced.
We can also eat the fast foods we like sometimes. If we eat all kinds of food, in the proper amounts, we remain healthy. There should always be a balanced diet. This has many benefits.
Following is shloka outlining the benefits of a proper diet –
Food, when eaten with respect and veneration, will give Bala and Urja (Strength).
However, when eaten without respect, it will result in destruction of both.
पौष्टिक आहार का महत्व पर निबंध
हम जो खाते हैं उसका हमारे शरीर पर बहुत प्रभाव होता है। जैसे हम खाते हैं, वैसे हमारा स्वास्थ्य होता है।
अपौष्टिक भोजन से हमारे स्वास्थ्य को हानि हो सकती है। वृद्धि ठीक से नहीं होती है। व्यक्ति को उचित ऊर्जा नहीं मिलती है। कई बीमारियाँ भी हो सकती हैं।
इसलिए उचित आहार करना चाहिए। फल और सब्जियाँ खानी चाहिए। इससे रोग प्रतिकार शक्ति बढ़ती है। उचित आहार करने से शरीर को उचित पोषण भी मिलता है। इससे शरीर का स्वास्थ्य संतुलित रहता है।
हम कभी-कभी अपनी पसंद के पदार्थ भी खा सकते हैं। यदि हम हर तरह का खाना सही मात्रा में खाते हैं तो हम स्वस्थ रहते हैं। हमेशा तुलित आहार होना चाहिए। इसके कई लाभ होते हैं।
उचित आहार के लाभों के विषय श्लोक निम्नलिखित है –
भोजन, पूजा भाव से खाया जाता है, तो बल और ऊर्जा देता है।
परंतु, पूजा भाव के बिना खाए जाने पर, यह भोजन दोनों का नाश करता है।
