तस्य पुच्छं दीर्घम् अस्ति।
तस्य द्वौ कर्णौ द्वे नेत्रे च सन्ति।
अश्वः मानवेभ्यः उपयुक्तः अस्ति।
अयं भारं पृष्ठेन वहति।
अश्वः नृपाणां प्रियः।
युद्धे अश्वाः उपयुक्ताः आसन्।
अश्वः मम प्रियपशुः अस्ति।

aśvaḥ capalaḥ paśuḥ asti।
saḥ śramaśīlaḥ niṣṭhāvān ca asti।
saḥ śākāhārī paśuḥ asti।
tasya catvāraḥ pādāḥ santi।
tasya pucchaṃ dīrgham asti।
tasya dvau karṇau dve netre ca santi।
aśvaḥ mānavebhyaḥ upayuktaḥ asti।
ayaṃ bhāraṃ pṛṣṭhena vahati।
aśvaḥ nṛpāṇāṃ priyaḥ।
yuddhe aśvāḥ upayuktāḥ āsan।
aśvaḥ mama priyapaśuḥ asti।
